Lado trainers are subject to a rigorous interview process prior to selection. This process is designed to determine the trainer's suitability in dealing with corporate clients. We realize that our clients are very concerned about the quality and professionalism of the programs they are purchasing and hence we make every effort to ensure these concerns are met.

Account Management
Account Management: Account Managers are responsible for dealing directly with clients' Human Resources Departments and Department Heads to ensure the success and transparency of our training programs.

The role of Account Management is to ensure that clear and open communication occurs between Lado and its clients at all times. This means that our clients have ready access to executive managers who can quickly and competently handle any issues that arise during a training session. Lado's account managers are in constant contact with the training staff and are supported by account supervisors.
